Shipping policy
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will always endeavour to dispatch Roarsome items within 24 hours of placing the order. However, in times of high order volume, packing and dispatch will take longer. Shipping rates will be shown during the checkout process. Please note that we do not consider weekends and public holidays as a working day. Any orders made after 12.00pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. If the order is placed after 12:00pm on the business day before an Australian public holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.
When your order was shipped you will have received a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order if this is possible with the shipping option that you have chosen.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post.
Australian Orders
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders of $75 AUD and over.
Please allow approximately 2–4 business days from the shipping date for your order to arrive. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and delivery location.
New Zealand Orders
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on New Zealand orders of $150 NZ and over.
Please allow 5-8 days from shipping date for the order to arrive. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and delivery location.
